create an account for you: your first and last name, email and any other
profile fields you may have completed. When you use the site, information about
your learning progress, the courses you are enrolled in, the activities and
resources you interact with is also stored to ensure the smooth running of
online courses.

This information is used to enable you to access the online courses. It is also
used so that we can ensure the pedagogical and administrative follow-up of the
online courses on the site.

How long will my data be kept?
Your personal data is stored for as long as you are enrolled in any of the online courses on the site. The data for each course is destroyed when the course is deleted and your profile data will be deleted when your account or courses are deleted.

What is a cookie?

What cookies are used on this site
The main cookie used during a session is called "MoodleSession". It is used for the working session. You need to allow this cookie so that your web browser can maintain your connection with your credentials as you move from page to page. When you close the page or log out, this cookie is destroyed both in your browser and on the server.
The other cookie is not essential and is called "MOODLEID". It makes logging in to the training platform easier by storing your username in the browser. When you are on the login page you can ask your browser to remember your username. So when you return to the login page of the site, your username will already be filled in. There is no problem refusing this cookie, however, you will have to enter your username each time you log in.
